Caroline, wife of John B. Wissler, died at her residence atBrunnerville on Tuesday afternoon, aged 61 years 10 months and 11days. She had been ailing and bedfast the past five months, sufferingwith gastric ulcers, and this together with heart failure brought ondeath. Mrs. Wissler's maiden name was Eberly. She was born in Claytownship, where she resided until she because married to Mr. Wissler.The couple had four children, two of which died in infancy. Besidesthe surviving husband, there are two daughters, Mrs. A. E. Lane, ofBunnerville, and Miss Sabina, living at home. A sister, Mrs. SabinaGrob, living near Sheafferstown, also survives. Mrs. Wissler washighly esteemed as a friend and neighbor. She was a good and faithfulwife and mother, and appeared to be always cheerful and the life ofthe houshold. Her loss will certainly be felt by all who knew her.The funeral will take place on Saturday at 9:30 A.M. from the house,to proceed to the Hammer creek Mennonite meeting house for servicesand interment. Rev. John Brubaker and Christian Risser willofficiate.
