This Indenture made this sixteenth day of August in the year of ourLor d one thousand seven hundred & eighty seven Between John Hinksonof the C ounty of Bourbon & Margaret his wife of the one part & SamuelWorl of t he aforesaid County of the other part witnesseth that thesaid John Hin kson & Margaret his wife for and in consideration of thesum ninety thr ee pound five shillings to them in hand paid at &before the Sealing an d Delivery of these presents the receipt whereofthey do hereby Aknowle dged they the said John Hinkson &
