I, James Dalton of Pittsylvania, eldest son and heir of TimothyDalton, d eceased, also Executor of last will of said deceased donominate Nathan iel Williams, Esq. of Guilford County, North Carolinamy true and lawfu l attorney to take possession of all rightful 'ets'to certain land as H eir and Executor the said land is situated on theStaunton River where m y said father Timothy Dalton dyed and claimedby John Chiles and others b y their getting possession and standing asuit for the same as referenc e to records of High Chancery will show.
