Henry, the fifth son (of Moses), married Betty Kanes, and settled on af arm on Nat's Creek, where he resided until his death, which occurredat s eventy-two years of age. His wife lived at the homestead the restof he r life. She died in the eighty-sixth year of her age. Bothhusband and w ife were staunch Methodists. They left fifteen children,many grandchil dren and great grandchildren behind them. Among theformer is McDonald P reston, the merchant and hotel- keeper atRichardson, Kentucky. Arthur P reston, a well off merchant and timberdealer of Graves' Shoal, who is a r ising man in his section, is amember of this branch of the Preston fam ily.
