9/12/1915 307 E 8th St, Altoona, Blair Co, PA was the address he gavet he draft board when registering. He was 36 years old, verified hisbir th date as posted, and said he was a carpenter for the PRR at theAltoo na Crew Shop. Wife Mrs Mary R Chilcote, same address, was hisnearest r elative. He signed all three names. According to theRegistrar's Repo rt he was medium height, medium build with brown eyesand hair.
