Purcell, JesseHiggins, Mrs. G addis, John Garrard, the Woods, David Reavill andothers....Goerge Bath e entered land with McGahey. He has a son,George Bathe, Jr, now 77 ye ars old, living in Palestine."
Same source in the biography of Mrs Dorcas McGahey of Palestine is:
"Mrs. McGahey owns a comfortable home and a farm of 360 acres....Thela rgest part of her farm was once owned by George Bathe, Sr, who soldit o t Allen McGahey."
