"Thomas Boone and wife Elizabeth of the lower parish to Peter Mackconeo f the same, 180 acres in the lower parish adjoining Andrew Griffin,the G un (Gum) Branch, Col. Arthur Smith, the Long Branch, RatliffBoone, Joh nson and the Horse Swamp (being part of the 1803 acresgranted "to my f ather, Matthew Strickland, on 20 Apr 1680") dated 8Oct 1723,
S: Thomas (X) Boone, Elizabeth (X) Boone,
Wit: Andrew Griffin, Andrew Giles, and John Rice."
At a court held for Isle of Wight County the 25th day of November1723:
"Thomas Boone came into court presented and acknowledged this his deedt o
Peter Mackcone & it is admitted to record."
3/20/1727 Peter Mackcone, along with Richard and Geroge Teasleywitnes sed the will of Philip Pearce.
9/9/1727 He again witnessed a will, that of Richard Bowin, withRichar d Pierce and Richard Teasley.
