Wife Sarah was 22, born OH,their 2 child ren were Mary, 3, and John, 1, both born in PA. Alsoliving there was 1 5 year old domestic Neomi Schaffer, born PA.
6/1/1880 Hallsville, Colerain Twp, Ross Co, OH. It seems John had aw hole new family and had moved by next census time. He was a 39 yearol d blacksmith, born OH, parents born VA and OH respectively. Hiswife w as Rachel, 29, born OH, and children; Elizabeth, 13 (from thefirst ma rriage), Lilly, 4, Catherine, 3, and Carie, 1, all born inOH but pare nts were born PA and OH. (?)
