Following James' death she may have married his brother Joshua,accordi ng to some researchers.
She probably moved with children from Huntingdon Co, PA to Perry Co,OH s hortly after.
She was listed only as Mrs Chilcote among the first members of theBeth el methodist Episcopal Church in 1818 in Perry Co, OH along withsons R obinson and Nathan and their wives. Son Joshua was the firsttrustee.
Elizabeth bought a farm in Clayton Twp which later she bequeathed toso n Joshua.
The 1819 Perry Co, OH Tax Record listed Elizabeth Chilcote as currentp roprietor, on the same list were sons James and Robinson.
