Chris Bailey at Genealogy.com said:

"Greenbury was born about 1789 in Baltimore County before his fatherse ttled in Huntingdon County, PA. He was married to Keturah Lovell, daugh ter of William Lovell who ran a public house by 1803 atChilcoatsville ( now Cassville), PA and was the earliest settler ofthat place. Greenbur y got in trouble with the law and was indictedfor larceny in Huntingdo n County, PA and a grand jury entered a "truebill" against him. I don' t know the outcome or if he spent time injail, but by Dec., 1835 and i n 1836 he was living in Licking County,OH then moved to Illinois. He e ntered land in Jasper County in 1839,but I think he was living in Edga r County in 1840. He was calledGreenbury Gosnell "of Illinois" in the w ill of his father-in-law,William Lovell, of Huntington County, PA in 1 841. Greenbury wasliving in Jasper County, IL in the fall of 1843, but d ied by thesummer of 1845. (I'm not exactly sure where he died)."
