MIAMI, Fla.-- William (Bill) Elliott, 51, of Miami, formerly ofMattoon a nd Neoga, died Friday (Aug. 14, 1992) at his home. Thefuneral will be h eld Monday at the Fed Hunter Funeral Home in W.Hollywood, Fla. He was b orn March 29, 1941, in Toledo, the son ofElmer and Erna Elliott. He i s survived by his wife, Wanda (Johns)Elliott; three sons, Keith and Ke vin of Miami, Fla., and Kent ofConnecticut; his mother, of Mattoon; se ven brothers, Lonnie, Don,Gary, and Randy of Mattoon, Larry of N. A ug usta, S.C., Jerry ofOrlando, Fla.,and Richard of Little Elm, Texas; a s ister, KathrynMann of Neoga and a grandson. He was preceded in death b y hisfather. Mr. Elliott worked for Winn Dixie Supermarket for 33 yea rs.He was a
member of the United Pentecostal Church of Miami, Fla.

Bill shared his life with seven brothers andone sister. H is marriage to Wanda Jones was celebrated on May 20,1962. have now joined the family. His grandson, Auston, was a wonderfulsourc e of joy .
He was an executive with Winn Dixie and served the Miami Division inma ny capacities over the past 33 years. The United Pentecostal Churchof M iami was his church home. Services were held Monday, August 17,1992 at 2 :00 P.M. at Sheridan Hills Baptist Church.
Even though Bill is buried in Miami, there is a memorial stone for himi n the Elliott Cem, Cumberland Co, IL.
