"Most of the Zumwalt children were given Biblical names. AndrewZumwal t was so strong in the Methodist doctrine that he took greatoffense wh en three daughters became Baptists, to the delight of theirmother. Th e father commented on the action of the girls by saying hehoped some o f his family would find the right church, get to heavenand be contente d there without wanting to go somewhere else."
