Notes for Hazel Lee WORKMAN


At census time on 4/3/1930 Hazel Lee Workman, 12, and siblings,Virgini a, 9, and George W, 4, were foster children of widow LindaSchlotterbac k, 43, in New Richmond, Clermont Co, OH. Also livingthere were Linda 's daughter Helen H, 22, two nieces, Margret andDorothy Bacher, 16 and 1 3 respectively; and foster son, Robert RMalott, 9. Linda's occupation w as boarding children and owned thehome with valued at $1200, plus they h ad a radio, a luxury of theday. The daughter and oldest niece were com bers at the woolen mill.They were the only Workmans in the county. W here were the rest oftheir siblings? Not with Youngs or Williams eith er.
