Amber was a guest on the "Today Show" with Katie Couric on behalf ofth e Sunshine Foundation.
The cause of Amber's death was cancer.
The funeral was held at Trinity Baptist Church in Ada, OK with RevMike F rederick and Bryan Harwell officiating.
