Lyle - The funeral for Mrs. Ira VanGundy, 76, native of the Lylecommun ity north of Norcatur, will be Saturday at 2 p.m. at theMethodist Chur ch, the Rev. Marion Holbert officiating. Burial will bein the family l ot at the Lyle Cemetery.
Mrs. VanDundy was born in 1879, the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. LennAndrews . In 1897 she married Ira VanGundy. They began their marriedlife on a f arm in that community.
They retired from the farm in 1923 and moved to California where Mr.Va nGundy died several years ago. Mrs. VanGundy is survived by threesons a nd four daughters: Archie, Lyle; Mrs. Opal Jones, Corning,Calif.; Sam, M aricopa, Calif.; Mrs. Violet Nye, Colfax; Mrs. RoseLund, Eureka, Calif .; H.B., Monrovia, Calif.; and Mrs. Ruth Dean,Covina, Calif.
