"IN THE NAME OF GOD AMEN The four and Twentieth Day of March in theyea r of our Lord one Thousand Seven hundred & Thirty Two,Three, IThomas W omack Senr. of Henrico County being in perfect Sense andMemory Thanks b e given unto God Therefore, calling unto mind theMortality of my body a nd knowing that it is Appointed for all Men toDie Do make and ordain t his my last Will and Testament that is to sayprinciaply & first of All I g ive and recommend my Soul into the handsof God that gave it and my Bod y I recommend it to the Earth to beburied in a Christian like & Decean t manner at the Descreatin of myExecutor Nothing Doubting but at the G eneral reasurection I shallreceive the Same again by the Mighty power o f God and as TouchingSuch Worldly Estate wherewith it has pleased God t o bless me in thislife I give Devise & Dispose of the same in manner a nd form following(Vis) Imprimus

and to my Daughter Sarah one Ewe and Lamb.
Item I give To my Daughter Elizabeth one Ewe and Lamb
and likewise my daughter Mary one Ewe & Lamb.
Item I give to my Daughter Martha one great Looking Glass.
Item I give to my Son Isham one Sow and piggs, or a Sow with pigg.
Item I give to my Son Francis one Sow and piggs.
Item I give to my Son Thomas one Cow & Calf, and one Sow and piggs ando ne fether Bed & furniture.
