10/20/1691 Abraham Womack, John Washam and Edward Straton 879 acresin t he Parish of Verina on the north side of Swift Creek for theimportatio n of 28 persons.
4/16/1692 Abraham Womack Sr. 269 acres in the Parish of Verina forthe i mportation of 2 persons (Tom & Sue)
10/15/1698 Abraham Womack 200 acres patented. Applied for 3 Jan1697. G ranted 15 Oct 1698 land formerly owned by Gilbert Deacon.
8/21/1699 John Worsham & Abraham W. Womeck Sr. to Edward Stratton sono f Edward Stratton, lately decd. L10: Their right title &C in 1/3part o f 879 acres on N. side of Swift Creek; known as Cold-Water Run;tract w as surveyed for afsd John Worsham, Abra. Womeck & EdwardStratton who d S ep 1698. 4/1/1708 Edward Stratton planter to Capt. John Worsham and AbrahamWom ecke, senr. L 11:5s :Curr. 293 acres as a third part of 879 acreslying o n N. side of Swift Creek known as Cold Water Run. Anne, wifeof Edwd. S tratton, relinquished her dower right in sd. land. Vol.1706-1709 p. 8 9.

Virginia Minutes of the Council and General Court of Colonial VA:
"The 8th April 1674. the difference between Abram Womack and WmClarke a bout the Estate of Wm Womack dec'd. It is ordered that theSaid Abram W omack (brother to the said William) have two thirds ofhis estate both r eall and personall and that the widow have the otherPt."
His will was dated Nov 1732 and proved Oct 1733. It said:
"In the name of God I, Abraham Womeck of the County and parish ofHenri co being Sick and weak but of sound and Disposing mind make thismy las t Will and Testament in writeing as followeth Imprimis,
I give and Devise to ---- my household goods which I left in hisposses sion excepting a Suit of Curtains and ca[?]----- also give mysaid son' s Wife my Gown. I also give to my said Son my Ca------W[?]Womeck son o f Wm Womeck what Money James Daniel owes me.
Item, I give to him and his heirs forever.
I also give to my said Son---- in Mr. Perry's hands Excepting FortyShi llings.
I also give to my said Son ----
Item, I give and Devise to my Grandson William Womack son of AbrahamWo meck Two brown Cows and a brown Steer.
Item, I give and Devise to my Son Thomas Womeck my --- Matt to himan d his heirs forever.
