It came with 2 flyers, one for the Rheumatic Remedy and the other forD r. Whitehall's Me-Grim-ine for Headache and Neuralgia.
I have an original 1902 ad from Frank Leslie's Popular MonthlyMagazine a dvertising "Dr. Whitehall's Rheumatic Cure. Rheumatism CanBe Cured Per manently." (note this is an advertisement for the box ofmedicine I hav e)"

From Beckwith's History of Fountain Co, IN: "Dr. Samuel Whitehallsett led in this county, 1832 (Samuel wasn't born until 1847 so hisfather p robably settled there then).
6/11/1880 Dist 70, Fountain Co, IN. Following in his father'sfootste ps, Samuel was listed as a doctor in the census that year. Hewas 33 y ears old, had no property, and lived 2 doors from hisdivorced mother. W ife Elizabeth was 31 and living with them was a 16year old listed as s on "Frait" but it was probably Samuel's brotherFrate.
6/16/1900 Portage, St Joseph Co, IN. Having moved at some time,Samue l was still a physican at census time at age 53. Elizabeth was52, had b irthed only the one child, Frank, 16, born 11/1883. She andSamuel had b een married 26 years.
4/25/1910 Dist 160, 1-w South Bend, St Joseph Co, IN. At age 63,Samu el was still practicing medicine. Living with him were wifeCatherine C , 63, having been married 33 years, son Francis, 25, andhis wife, Flor ence, also 25, and 17 year old servant, Ellen Carlson.
