In his family were wife Phebe M, 72, born IL; sonEuphraties, 23, daughter Myra, 21, and grandson Vernon Rector, 5, allborn in KS. Euphraties was a farmer manager.

Mr. Rosenquist also has a copy of "Reminiscences of Frontier Life onthe Upper Neosho," which was publised in 1925 by Mrs. Daily's brother,John D. Van Gundy. The book gives an account of the founding ofNeosho Rapids in 1855 and 1856 and the struggles of the early Kansaspioneers with Indians and outlaws and other hardships.
