11/10/1794 William was bondsman for daughter Elizabeth's marriage toT ho Spencer.
1792 At tax time he was the only male in the family over 21 and had15 0 acres, 4 horses and 18 cattle. Brothers, Enoch and George livedin t he same district.
1793 He paid taxes on the same acreage and livestock. He was alsothe o nly male still over 21 in the house.
1797 Wm furnished 50# sterling for serving as bondsman for themarriag e of nephew James Allen to Elizabeth Boswell.
1804 William again served as surety, this time for the marriage ofson E noch and Christine Dick.
