According to old Kentucky History, he and Rebecca had 10 children.

1812 He served nder Gen Harrison in the Canadian campaign against thei ndians in the NW territory.

1820 Morgantown, Butler Co, KY. He was the only Berry in the countyt hat year according to the census. His household consisted of 1 maleun der 10, 1 at 16-18, 1 was 16-26, 1 at 26-44, and 1 over 45, 1female un der 10 and 1 at 16-26.

1840 Butler Co, KY. At census time Francis was 40-50 years old andhi s family included 1 male under 5, 1 at 5-10, 1 aged 10-15, 1 was15-20, 1 a t 20-30, 1 female aged 5-10, 1 at 10-15, 1 at 15-20, 1 was20-30, and 1 ( probably his wife) was also 40-50. Down the road liveda James Hawes a nd Womack relatives, Abraham and Chapman, livedfarther down the road.
Some researchers have 9/7/1790 as his birth date. LDS records say hew as born in VA and moved as a small boy to KY but since the rest ofthe s iblings were born in KY, that is unlikely.
His will, according to descendants, mentioned wife nancy B Berry andgr andson, Baxter C. Berry.
