10/1693 John Williams Jr, petitioned the court saying he was of ageand d esired to manage his possessions currently being handled by hisfather- in-law, Charles Durham and his mother, Ann Durham.
The son John Williams, Jr. deposed in April 1693 with regard to theJam es Tullaugh dam that he was only 18, and the younger CharlesDurham de posed that he was 30 (Isle of Wight Deed Book # 1, p. 60).
