1793 Mallow's Run, WVA. Just in time get set up for wedding bells,re ceived a land grant of 50 acres.

1798 South Branch was the location of the next grant of 90 acres anda djacent to Philip Fels he acquired 16 acres.

1811 Long Ridge, where he received 10 acres and at Mill Creek another1 9 acres were added to his estate.
