8/24/1850 Dist 4, Braxton Co, VA. At census time Benjamin, 76, was aw ealthy farmer with $13,000 worth of real estate. Living with himwere P eter, 41, also a farmer with $300 in land; and brother Daniel,65, who h ad $3000 in land but no occupation. Next door was JohnConrod, 66, fol lowed by Asa Conrod, 30.
