D own the road was John Morrel and in Grand Twp wasAdam's mother with si ster Mary and Jacob Seaborn.
6/19/1860 Still there. At census time Adam was 63 years old andliste d as a farmer with huge land holdings for that day, valued at$11,500, b ut no personal property was recorded. Wife Mary was 44 andthe childre n were John, 16, Frank, 13, Howard, 14, and George, 10.Also living wit h them was Margaret MacElvain, 27. Who was she?

He still hadquite a n estate valued at $7900/1905 and his family included Mary,53, George, 2 0, and Howard, 24, as well as 20 year old CharlotteMiller, domestic se rvant. In the same township was 20 year oldIsaiah Coonrod with the St ephen McWhorter family as farm laborer.
The 1883 History of Marion Co, OH says he was born in PA.
