4/29/1930 Same place. That year at census time Horace was a 32 yearo ld divorced man living in a rented home. He apparently got custodyof h is two sons at the divorce as they lived with him, Donald, 8, andJap, 7 . Also living there were his 76 year old widowed fatherWilliam and se rvant Alta Watson, 21. Horace was a laborer on a grainfarm which prob ably belonged to JR Whitley, next door. Down the roadin the other dir ection were the families of LB and John W Whitley.
