"New information has come to light. This is the probate file in StLouis of America C. Craven (Columbus)which lists his sisters andhusbands, proving their relationship as childre of James HathawayCraven. He lists sisters Martha P. Purvis, Ann Fleak, Susan Ham, andbrother Thomas. I believe that Lucy Ann married another brother GeorgeCraven who was deceased by 1850. The probate file can be found on theMissouri state archives site. Also Martha Permelia Craven who firstmarried Miles Smith then Elijah Purvis, Miles father is now known alsoWilliam Smith son of Soloman and Martha (Patsy) Miles. Slowly themysteries are being solved. If any one has run across a George MasonCraven b. c 1815 KY died before 1850 please let me know. "
