In 1822 came George Kisor.......where he entered 160 acres of land,and t here died about 1848......About the same period came to thistownship t he following: Peter Betzer, William Griffith, Michael VanGundy, Jeptha B rown, Andrew Clingman, David Ford, the Crawfords andStarkeys, James Mi lligan, Jesse Ingerson, William Goodman, James andLorin Pease, and Con rad Betz.
4/18/1829 Tiffin Twp, Wyandot Co. Michael bought land at S15 T1SR15E , amount and price was unspecified.
12/6/1830 Same place. He bought more land at the same coordinates.Jo seph Van Gundy bought some that same date in the same township.

7/27/1850 Sycamore Twp, Wyandot Co, OH was his residence at censustim e. He was 62 years old and living with him were children, Mary,22, Ab raham, 21, George 18, and Susan E, 15. He was a farmer with$8000 wort h of real estate, a large amount for the day. On the nextpage was the f amily of Martha Van Gundy, soon-to-be-widow of anotherMichael Van Gund y.
Some researchers say his birth year was 1791 but the date posted isfro m the 1850 census.
There is an estate file for him among the Wills & Estates of EarlyOhio .
According to cemetery records he was born 1791 and died 5/28/1856 buthis probate file in dated 6/13/1855.
