8/18/1762 He and wife, Mary, promptly sold 335 acres of that land toa J ames Kenney for 113 pounds, 1/3d and another 125 acres to ThomasErwin f or 314 pounds. Mary signed her name with an X on both deeds.
His will was not proved until 7/2/1772. It named his wife, Mary, andc hildren: Elizabeth, Margaret, Robert, William, Mary, George, andAndre w, as well as brother-in-law, Rev George Duffield.
