"The only church in Milton is the Methodist Episcopal. The building,wh ich is also a frame, was erected in 1870, at a cost of $1,500. The hall above,which is the p roperty of the lodge, cost them one-third of thisamount. It is 24x50 f eet in extent, and has a twelve foot ceiling."
