"Maudlin Holdiman" married Jacob "Shinaver" 12/10/1759 in LancasterCi ty, PA. He died 4 years later leaving her with two children, Johnand B arbara, and expecting a third. His will was dated 12/13/1763naming Ja cob Erp and Jacob Sencenick as executors. Magdalena signeda statement o n 12/30/1763 to the effect that she understood the termsof her late hu sband's will. However, his estate fell short of payingall debts so a s ale was held 1/16/1765.
In a deed dated 5/1/1769 it states Magdalena, widow of Jacob Shonaueri s now the wfe of Joseph Gundy.
Her birth year is 1748 in DAR records, the date posted is from SalemRe formed Church records in Harrisburg, Dauphin Co, PA which alsorecords h er name as Maria Magdalena Gundy.
Maria probably lived with daughter Mary after Joseph's death.
DAR records have 1790 as her death year but Dauphin Co, Church recordsh ave the date posted and list her name as Maria Magdalene Gundy.
In Salem Reformed Church, Harrisburg, PA records is:
