1818 Father-in-law Joseph Van Gundy deeded to Christian his originall and in the NE 1/4 of S14 T13 R6 but it was not recorded until5/24/1822 .

1/9/1832 Christian deeded to Trustees of the Union Meeting House theN NE corner of SW S14, T13, R6 containing twenty-eight andthirty-five-hu ndredths acres, for the price of four cents. It wassold with the under standing that it was to be used for the benefit ofthe Religious Societ ies of the United Brethren and MethodistEpiscopal Congregations. A mee ting house was to be erected, to becalled the Union Meeting House, and a c emetery to be made. It wasalso to have free use by all and no bias to b e shown to any. Also tothe Trustees he gave the SW corner of the NE Q uarter of S14, T13, R6containing ninety-eight perches, to be used for t he meeting house andburial grounds and no other purpose, with the same c onditions asstated before. On May 10, 1832 Jacob Norix sold thirty-one a ndone-tenth perches of the NW corner of SE Quarter of S14, T13, R6 to the Trustees, for three cents.
Same day. Brother-in-law Joseph Nafziger also sold adjoining land tot he Meeting House for 6 cents.

1840 Same place. By the next census time, all the children had movedo ut leaving Christian and Rebecca living alone at age 60-70 but sonJohn l ived next door.
1/15/1841 Christian deeded to son Joseph 156 acres at NE Quarter ofS1 4, T13, R6, price unreadable. It was recorded on May 27, 1841.
He deeded land to son Joseph on that date.
