Champaign--Brook VanGundy of Arcola flew solo for the first time in aPiper Archer this summer at Parkland College Institute of aviation atthe University of Illinois.....The Parkland College Institute ofAviation at the University of Illinois will allow students to earn atwo-year associate's degree in aviation as well as pilot certificatesand ratings, including multi-engine and flight instructor"
