Albert never married and remained at home w/his mother as evidenced byh is will.
Albert's will stated:
"In the name of God, In the county of Bracken, and the great State ofK entucky, Know all men by these presents, whereas I am confined to mybe d with sickness and disease and know not whether I will everrecover or n ot, having a wish to make a disposition of my estate,which I do in the f ollowing manner.
I bequeath all of my estate to my Sister Sophia Workman and WilliamWor kman her husband which the said William Workman is to put themoney out o n interest and the interest is to go
to support my mother Nancy Broshears, as William Workman thinks shenee ds it. And furthermore I leave William Workman my administrationof my e state without giving security, and after my death I want allof my debt s paid and my burial expenses. This is my last will andtestament. Wh ereas I set my hand and seal this the 25th day ofSeptember 1851.
