6/8/1880 Brooksville, Bracken Co, KY. He was recorded in the censusat a ge 45, Mary A was 42. Their large family consisted of Sofa, 14,Jeff, 1 4, Louis, 12, John, 10, Mat, 8, Daniel, 6, Joseph, 5, Lu, 1,and Stella H amilton, 5, granddaughter. Albert was a farmer. Nextdoor were his pa rents.
1893 He petitioned for division of his deceased father's land.
Relatives said that he went through the family fortune but it wasproba bly only his share that he squandered as other siblings receivedtheir i nheritance.
He lived on the family farm for many years, which was located in thear ea of Oakland, Bracken Co, KY.

4/26/1910 Dist 5, Bracken Co, KY. By that census he was a 73 yearold w idower and living with son Louis on the home farm.
Cemetery records say he was born in January but the date posted isfrom t he family Bible.
