In 1884 she and her sisters, Dulcena, Mattie, and Fanny, as well asbro ther, Charlie, were charter members of the Allenville ChristianChurch.
Then in 1915 the girls joined other members of the Church of Christ inS ullivan, IL, for worship in their homes, eventually growing into theHi ghway Church of Christ.
In her father's estate settlement papers her name was Maud.
