Ann's will said:
In the name of God amen. I Ann Duling of the County of Essex in thepa rish St Anns being very sick but of a disposeing memory do makethis my L ast will and Testament in manner and form following Viz:
Item I give and bequeath to my son William duling one feather bed offu rniture which he now hath in his possession.
Item I give an bequeath to my daughter Annisters Coffe one feather beda nd furniture which I now have in the house and one Brown heifer andals o one spotted heifer unto her son James Coffee, also one dish andtwo B asons unto my daughter Annisters Coffe also helfe the corn thatis made o n my plantation this year and one pott and one frying panand one water p ail also one Chist my least Chist also five head ofhogs.
Item I give and bequeath to my son Thomas duling one Feather bed andfu rniture which he now hath in his possession and on gray hors andone co w yearling.
All the remainder of my Estate to be equally divided amongst all myChi ldren herein not bequeathed and I do appoint my son William Dulingand m y Daughter Annisters Coffee Executor & Executrix of this my Lastwill a nd Testament in Testamoney Where of I have hear unto set myhand & Seal t he thirtyth day of October in the year of our LordChrist Seventten hun dred & forty four.
