Louisa LOWE
Louisa was a half sister to Bidey Mills, wife of Albert Mills. Seenot es on Jonas.
Following Jonas' death, she abandoned the step-children and moved inwi th the Alex Beall family where the census taker found her in 1850at ag e 31.
She remarried in 1851 to a Fredrick Palmer and had 5 daughters by1860.
Her birth year is from the 1850 census.
