5/27/1848 Milford, Wayne Co, IN. Simon was reported to the Quakers
for striking another fellow in anger, they condemned his misconduct on
7/22/1848.
12/27/1856 He was again reported to the Quaker society, this time for
not attending meetings and for bearing arms. He was disowned on
2/28/1857.
One history said he died at age 7. However, there were references to
him in the Quaker logs when he would have been an adult.
