Andrew's occupation was farmer.
1920 Same place. At census time the family lived two doors from halfs ister Bertha and Carl Ramsey. Listed in the census were Andrew JPowel l, 58, wife Eva M, 54, daughter Eula, 15, widowed daughter MarieOwen, 2 4, and her son Alfred, 3y 1m. Also counted there was hiredhand Clyde M cEl??, 28. Andrew was a general farmer, he owned thehome with a mortg age.
The family Bible says he was born 3/20/1861, not 3/4/1862 ascalculated f rom his death certificate.
Son Leon, of Newton, MO, was informant for Andrew's death certificate.H e verified his age at 64 years, 2 months, and 10 days, said hisfather' s was John L, born IL, his mother's maiden name was Kilgore,born IN. J ohn was married to Eve M and was a farmer at the time ofdeath.
The cause of Andrew's death was lobar pneumonia of both lungs which heh ad for 7 days. A secondary diagnosis was organic heart disease.
