Doris never married. She attended the 1925 & 1926 Powell familyreunio ns in Sullivan, IL, with her parents.
In 1930 she lived in Shelbyville as a roomer with the family of EdwinK necht. She was 32 years old with the occupation of stenographer atthe c ircuit clerk's office.
She was cremated and shares a gravestone with her parents, her ashes
being interred between them.
