MATTOON -- Karen M Lewis, 57, of Mattoon died at 941 a.m. Tuesday(September 22, 2015) at her residence.

The funeral will be at 12 p.m. Friday at Mitchell-Jerdan Funeral Homein Mattoon. Visitation will be two hours prior to the service at thefuneral home.

She was born February 28, 1958, in Mattoon, the daughter of Fred H.Henderson and Pauline (VanGundy).

Survivors include one brother; one sister, Peggy Catron of Mattoon;and one other sister.

She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers.

Ms. Lewis was formerly employed as a home health care provider withAddus Healthcare.

Memorials in her honor may be made to the Family.
