This is to let you know Connie passed away around 5:30 am today(01-04- 08). She was surrounded by family (children Heather andNikki, brother s Joe and Harold, Sister Millie, in laws Joan andColleen, cousins Mack W ebb and Danny Van Gundy and Aunt Doris).Connie has fought a brave ba ttle with cancer for almost two years.Visitation is scheduled for 01- 06-08 from 5p-8p at Mitchell-Jerdanfuneral home in Mattoon. Funeral w ill be on 01-07-08 at 11 am atMitchell Jerdan funeral home. We would l ike to thank everyone forthe visits and thoughts during this battle.

Pallbearers were Gary Adams, jr, Daniel and ChadAdams, n ephews James Van Gundy, JR Van Gundy and Josh Walke, andcousins Mack W ebb and Dwight Fitt.
