5/30/1927 In the Mattoon, IL news section of the Decatur (IL) Herald,t he following article appeared:
"Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Arthur, was hostess to the members of the Women'sR elief Corps, in her home one and a half miles north of the city allday W ednesday. The day was passed sewing on quilt blocks."
She died of liver cancer.
