He wa born May 8, 1933 in Mattoon, the son of Fred J. and PansyEv ans Arthur. he married Manuela Shancez (Sanchez). She survives.
Also surviving are three daughters, Nannette Domain, NadinBuchalz a nd Tracy Arthur, all of the Chirago area; and four sisters,Eloise Ashw orth and Anna Mae Fifer, both of Matton, Joy Ryan ofAddison and Myra K earney of Chicago. He was preceded in death bythree sisters.
