That Mr Isaac B Kemp has no living wife and Mrs. Mary E VanGundy h as no living husband, and that said parties are not nearer ofkin than s econd cousins. That neither of said parties is an habitualdrunkard, e pileptic, imbecil or insane, or under the influence of anyintoxicating l iquor or narcotic drug.
