The next day, still remembering, she wrote: "Was so proud of my newho me Momma Ella Earl & Joe went home with us, stayed all nightMother Po p Carrie Ray Dannie (Chipps) & Dewey were there for supper &just got t he dishes washed up & a crowd came to chivalaree us filledall four roo ms, Bob had cigars & candy & Mother & Maurenna (?) servedcoffee. The c rowd decided to put us to bed & Bob got mad they toremy wedding dress T hey all appologized."
